BOOK CLUB GIVEAWAY

By entering the High Performance Book Giveaway ("Competition"), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The competition is hosted by High Performance Life Limited ("Organizer"). The prize is as specified on the relevant giveaway post on the High Performance Book Club Facebook Channel and the High Performance LinkedIn profile page. This may be one or more books. ("Prize").

Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to UK residents only who are aged 18 or over.

  • The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

  • Employees of High Performance, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter the Competition

To enter the Competition, the participant must:

  • Engage with the post by liking it, comment and share which book made the biggest impact on them this year.

  • Entries must be submitted by the date indicated on the giveaway post to be eligible.

Prize

  • The winner will receive a copy of The book specified on the relevant giveaway post (the "Prize").

  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  • The Prize will be shipped to the winner's address in the UK, which they must provide upon winning.

How a Winner is Selected

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received before the closing date. The winner will be notified by direct message via Facebook or LinkedIn within 7 days after the closing date.

  • If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, an alternative winner will be selected.

Publicity

By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to their name and likeness being used for promotional purposes on Facebook and other social media platforms by High Performance Life without further compensation.

Data Protection

  • Any personal data provided by the entrants will be used solely for the purposes of the Competition and will not be shared with third parties, except for the fulfillment of the Prize (e.g., shipping addresses).

  • Participants may opt-out of further promotional communications at any time.

Limitation of Liability

  • High Performance Life is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or issues with Facebook that prevent an entry from being submitted or received.

  • High Performance Life is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property arising from or in connection with the Prize or the Competition.

General Terms

  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time if necessary, without prior notice.

  • The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

  • By participating in the Competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales, and shall be heard in the courts of England.
